Difference Makers’ Kokua Foods delivered 1076lbs of fresh produce, dairy, and bread to Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center, Stepping Stones Shelter, and Shepherd’s Table on August 19-20, 2017. The donations included a wide assortment of breads (rye bread, multigrain bread, sprouted grain, chibata, baguette, blueberry coffee cake, Vienna rolls, cinnamon raisin bread, scones), eggs, milk, tea, lemonade, berry punch, yogurt, cheese, butter, pineapples, raspberries, bananas, lemons, limes, melons, strawberries, apples, nectarines, peaches, mushroom, corn, spinach, bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and squash.
